Often referred to as cut-in stairs, site built stairs are still preffered by some builders and contractors. Even still there are some stairs that are too unique to be built in our shop and must be built on site. Whether we build our stairs ontop of a carraige that your framer has built or whether we actually assemble a shop stair "in the hole", we have more than likely seen it and done it before.

 

Many times the entryway size, an addition of a third story onto an existing house or other construction design elements prevent our stairs from being moved from our shop into your home.

 

Not to worry, our skilled craftsmen know how to do it either way, and more importantly they know how to do it right.
